This past month, Trimark / Strategic, one of the nation’s largest commercial kitchen equipment distributors moved into their new 250,000 SF corporate office and distribution center in Lewisville, TX. Goodman Real Estate Solutions led the project management effort from initial design through move in and punch list. This was the second facility that Trimark had engaged Goodman in. The recently completed project involved 26,000 square feet of Class A office space within the warehouse. Acting as the eye of the needle for this new facility, our services allowed the Trimark management team to focus on operating and growing their core lines of business while we coordinated all aspects of the building of their new facility. A seamless move from their existing location in Coppell, TX was accomplished over a three day weekend.
